The much awaited second season of the Yellowstone spinoff, 1923, has gained a new cast member; her past performance in a well-known crime drama points to her ideal fit for the Western backdrop of the show. Designed by Taylor Sheridan, 1923 carries on the Dutton family narrative amid a stormy chapter in American history. Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren's portrayal of Jacob and Cara Dutton follows as they negotiate the difficulties of the Prohibition era, the Great Depression, and the aftermath of World War I.
