Seven of Nine's comments are relevant since they almost start a brawl and target the crooked officer's skin. From every one they come across, the Borg discover something worth keeping; bigots obviously have nothing.

This is exactly how the program is poised to delve into fresh subjects. The creative team wants to challenge the franchise to its limits. The showrunner's capacity to preserve the core of the franchise and spin fresh stories inside it will keep audiences interested.
