Seven of Nine Was Unlike Any Star Trek Character Previous Her
Among the most engaging Star Trek characters is Seven of Nine. Originally Anika Hansen, Seven of Nine was adopted by the Borg at an early age and debuted in the fourth season of Star Trek: Voyager. She travels with Voyager's crew as a Borg liaison for their conflict with Species 8472. During the fight, seven were removed from the Collective. The rest of the show she would be discovering what it was like to be human once more. Seven first serves the Fenris Rangers following Voyager's homecoming before finally joining Starfleet.
For good cause, seven's previous overlords in the Borg are maybe the most hated alien species in the galaxy. A race of cyborgs, the Borg explore the planet merging various species into their Collective. Seven of Nine bucked the odds, while Star Trek has demonstrated that the integration process is not readily reversible. Seven turned out to be among the best things Voyager had ever experienced. She shaved seven years off their path in a few weeks of crew membership. Her inside knowledge of the Borg guided Janeway and team across a hazardous length of distance.
Seven of Nine Just Delivered the Sickest Burn in the Star Trek Franchise
Seven of Nine just delivered the sickest burn in the Star Trek series. Seven of Nine found her humanity throughout a lifetime of servitude to the Borg Collective across the last part of Star Trek: Voyager. Seven was clever and resourceful; in Star Trek Celebrations: Pride, she shows her acerbic wit by sharp response that shuts down the prejudice of her coworkers.
In "Lady Luck, by Vita Ayala and Ilana Kangas, Seven of Nine and her boyfriend Raffi take the stage. Not going well is the pair attending Raffi's Starfleet Academy class reunion. Mostly because she is a former Borg, many of Raffi's classmates treat Seven poorly, partly because of her stint with the Fenris Rangers. Seven uses her Borg technology to reveal a dishonest classmate of Raffi. Seven urges the officer not to worry about getting assimilated as she describes what she did as they would not benefit the society at large.
Seven of Nine Gets to Exhibit Her Wit in Star Trek Celebrations: Pride
Seven of Nine proven herself time and again as a brilliant intellect, and now she lets out one of Star Trek's worst burns when confronted with ignorance and corruption.
Seven of Nine proven herself time and again as a brilliant intellect, and now she lets out one of Star Trek's worst burns when confronted with ignorance and corruption. Almost every species the Borg come across they absorb. Suggesting that the Borg would pass someone over for assimilation is a 24th century method of denigrating their IQ. Seven of Nine's comments are relevant since they almost start a brawl and target the crooked officer's skin. From every one they come across, the Borg discover something worth keeping; bigots obviously have nothing.
