Penguin designed by Colin Farrell is unlike anything else we have seen! Though it blends the flashy Burgess Meredith Penguin with the horrific Danny DeVito Penguin, it seems disturbingly human. Though the makeup is amazing, the design itself gives you the impression of seeing a genuine person rather than merely a caricature. The design definitely helps to make Farrell's Penguin seem as a very original and unforgettable interpretation of the character.
