Many famous Birthdays are being honored on June 7th on social media. Apart from the birthday of the mentioned big and small screen stars, it is also the birthdate of several well-known celebrities who have passed away, including John Wick franchise star Lance Reddick, who passed away in 2023, and the legendary musician and Purple Rain star Prince, who passed away in 2016.

Social media is celebrating a cavalcade of celebrity birthdays including those of Michael Cera, Karl Urban, and Liam Neeson. Turning 72, Neeson is an Oscar-nominated actor who moved from mostly playing in dramas to become a prominent action star after making the mega hit Taken in 2009. Though both Cera, 36 and Urban, 52 have a range of well-known films under their belts, their small-screen appearances on Fox's Arrested Development and Prime Video's The Boys respectively are likely what most define them.

Although they are celebrating their birthdays, these stars are not resting on their laurels. Between them, they have a lot of noteworthy projects scheduled for the next year and beyond. For example, Urban has committed to reprising his Billy Butcher character in the next The Boys season 4, due to begin on June 13. Additionally scheduled for Prime Video is Cera, reprising his voice performance as Barry in Sausage Party: Foodtopia, which airs season 1 on July 11.

Neeson also has a most important future role planned outside of 2024 since he is entrusted with respecting the heritage of comedy star Leslie Nielsen as Frank Drebin Jr. in 2025's revival of the crime movie satire The Naked Gun. Directed by Akiva Schaffer, The Naked Gun also stars Liza Koshy, Danny Huston, Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, and Kevin Durand.
Audiences have also not seen the last of late celebrity birthday celebrant Lance Reddick. Reiterating his role as Charon, he has already been seen posthumously as Zeus in Disney+'s Rick Riordan adaption Percy Jackson and as Mac in Netflix's Shirley. He is also due to feature opposite Ana de Armas in the next John Wick spin-off Ballerina. He finished his scenes for the film before his death; main filming started late 2022 but has since been postponed due to reshoots.
Although his absence is much mourned by supporters, those who adored Reddick will still be delighted on-screen. His talent and charm will always help to mold entertainment going forward.
