Everyone loves to see what kind of adventures are out there! James Gunn was a director with so many great projects like "Guardians Of The Galaxy." Fans will be getting another special Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie called "Thunderbolts.". Even though this movie will come out, it could have had a different vibe or been something totally different!

There were some amazing moments and great possibilities!

James Gunn's Interest in Thunderbolts:

Back in 2014! Fans had big hopes for the MCU, Gunn was so passionate about Thunderbolts that he talked with Kevin Feige, the boss at Marvel Studios to try and get it made. Gunn, while making "Guardians of the Galaxy," gave audiences what they love to see and Feige even offered him more opportunities, if Guardians of the Galaxy kept bringing those amazing films and successes to the box office! However, it didn't end up coming out as planned and you might wonder why.

Reasons for A Different Director

The time came when Gunn went on to work at DC Studios, and with that, a chance at making a "Thunderbolts" movie just wasn't going to work! It sounds so interesting to have thought it was just about ready to get going and have these talented actors make their appearances but there are a few more important facts!

There was a huge overlap!

The Suicide Squad and Thunderbolts, from Marvel, both bring a team of interesting heroes (and maybe anti-heroes) to the screen! And both take the villains and characters from all kinds of unexpected moments and turn those big characters, some that people hate into something inspiring!
If this sounds too familiar it's almost like Gunn would have been duplicating "The Suicide Squad" storyline and he just didn't want to make another movie that might be redundant.

An Unconventional Superhero Style

The superhero genre loves the unexpected, and Gunn, in the past has had some major successes working with Marvel and DC.

His approach, was different, looking to bring to life more unknown, under-the-radar figures that the Movie audience doesn't often get to know and learn. It makes the characters even more inspiring.

When it comes to a more recent "Thunderbolt" story it sounds very, very different than what could have been back in 2014!

The movie was always designed to put together the coolest superheroes from the Marvel Universe! The new MCU release. It looks to bring these cool heroes (and villains) back to life in 2025.!

But it still seems it has been Gunn's style.

The show brings an ensemble of characters from different parts of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
To really give this new cast some heart and meaning they look to band together to bring in this special group of characters, full of interesting twists.

It was definitely Gunn, to give that depth! The "Thunderbolts" could be another fun adaptation from the director who truly enjoys this genre.

You can only wait! It looks like fans will be delighted with how the Movie will finally make its mark as a film.

While "Thunderbolts" may not look the same, it could be amazing for this story!

"Thunderbolts" gives you some incredible talents with Bucky Barnes in a new movie, as well as Yelana Belova, who has some real surprises.

It doesn't end there! You get a fresh "Thunderbolt" look from Wyatt Russel! In the role of "Red Guardian", we're ready for the action.

You can't get any more epic with such a star-studded lineup for this big film!

Who will take their lives for this movie?
