In Terrifier 2’s ending, both the Little Pale Girl and Victoria's eyes glowed. Vicky then gives birth to Art's severed head; an important element found next to that Little Pale Girl’s hand – strongly suggesting she got transferred into Vicky’s body!

However this is somewhat confusing: Was the Little Pale Girl even real? Terrifier 2 shows an ambiguous interaction: The seemingly impossible moments that Art shared with this child was shown later as Art interacting only with himself– so that kid was just a hallucination, a part of Art's disturbed mind? But Vicky is totally real, seen brutally killing people!

Before Terrifier 3 fans speculated that the Little Pale Girl was some poor Art victim turned monster. This theory was shown in Terrifier 3 itself as Vicky mentioned Art making her “like this,” implying Art took this demonic possession earlier, later transferring that demonic possession to Vicky, confirming the idea that she had initially suffered terribly at the hands of this relentless killer.

Can the Little Pale Girl's Evil Return in Terrifier 4?
