In James Gunn's DC Universe, who could Antony Starr play?

Starr has shown himself to be among the best performers to have ever blessed superhero adaptations across the three seasons of The Boys so far. In almost every scene he works on, he utilizes his eyes to make Homelander look on the brink of breaking down in both huge gestures and the slightest of ways. Many DCU roles call for that kind of expertise.

Among fans, Starr has been among the main candidates to perform Reverse-Flash in the DCU. As a villain, Grant Gustin's The Flash series has unearthed a plethora of Reverse-Flash possibilities. As Zack Snyder's earliest idea for the DCEU suggests, the figure may potentially be the major DCU enemy, fighting various heroes outside of simply the Flash. Starr's menacing persona as Homelander would transition nicely into Reverse-Flash, making him a threat to be dreaded by all DCU heroes.

DC's New "House of Lobo" at finally provides a deserving adversary for its Kryptonian Heroes.

Not to be informed! Action Comics #1065 has future spoilers right ahead! Lobo's recently acquired family is giving Superman and his Kryptonian family a worthy competition. The Man of Steel joined the Main Man to find Clark's loved ones following a catastrophic event. But is Lobo throwing aside that new relationship for a brutal alliance with his fellow Czarnians?

After being caught up in a fight with Brainiac's Czarnian army in Joshua Williamson, Rafa Sandoval, and Miguel Mendonca's Action Comics #1065, Superman and Lobo evacuate to a nearby space station. Before General Chacal interrupts them, the couple learns from Space Cabbie about Brainiac and the Czarnians.

Fans are at last getting what they want: a Booster Gold tv show in the new DCU.

Fans are finally getting what they want: a Booster Gold tv show in the new DCU, but now the question is who should play the one-of-a-kind hero?

Booster Gold is the DCU hero Starr is most likely to get hired for. The actor's Homelander character captures the humor required for Booster Gold, although the DCU hero would do without the sinister connotations of The Boys' antagonist. The choice to lead DC's Booster Gold has yet to be made known.

Lobo At Last has the Army to make him a major threat.

Though that was disproved, Lobo might have believed he was the last Czarnian in the DC Universe (save from his daughter Crush). Ever since he negotiated to acquire Chacal and his underlings of Czarnia, Brainiac had a bottled Czarnian city in his collection. Years of confinement in Brainiac's collection, the villain at last started releasing them as part of Brainiac's most recent search for knowledge. Brainiac's onslaught on Earth was greatly aided by Chacal and his troops; the Czarnian army destroyed Metropolis and kidnapped every metahuman they came upon.

Lobo has always been a loner; he even contributed to bring about the demise of Czarnia with a genetically modified virus. Still, he is not about the yearning for relationships. Chacal's crew seems to be everything Lobo is about given their inclination for violence and destruction. Extreme bad news for the DC Universe if Lobo is genuinely accepting Chacal's offer to lead the Czarnian army. One Lobo qualifies as a threat at Superman's level. But an army of regenerated warriors driven by a taste of savagery? The whole Superman Family might not be able to bear that.
