King Charles III is continuing to gain much recognition not just for royal duties but the expansion of The King's Foundation , his work on many charitable causes along with his dedication in promoting sustainable practices and nature conservancy.
The King's Foundation, which was first started as the Prince of Wales’ Institute of Architecture in 1990, is celebrating 35 years as an important source of community work. The event has a focus on what the organization has done with focus on education and the connection between the environment.
The celebration at Dumfries House included the burial of a time capsule. This capsule will be opened in a 100 years from now in 2125. The capsule has various important artifacts that include King Charles personal letter which will be made public for the first time at the opening. The specific contents of the capsule has not yet been revealed as it is not designed to be available until it has been officially opened.
The foundation's dedication is on many educational program to support the public’s relationship with the environment and promoting more positive change. King Charles created the program with the focus of sustainable practices being shared through community regeneration projects along with courses being given to about 15,000 students a year.
