While the series doesn't really go into the complexities about why death would take over the body even when they swapped, the events do show us how things progress and unfold, making the movie all the more terrifying and exciting.

Two of "It's What's Inside" main characters "Reuben" and "Brooke", are involved in a fatal fall that truly changes the trajectory of this movie!
These characters had the crazy moment where they swapped into the wrong bodies and fell off a balcony! What was a fun moment at a rooftop party went downhill super fast as both "Dennis" and "Maya" end up dying. These characters are still able to have their spirits still inside those "new" bodies!

It was incredibly emotional but viewers had the real world aspect, showing us what death really meant in this show!

At the end! This movie is so much about those scary moments. One that you will always be reminded of is the part about "Reuben" and "Brooke!" It really is super important to point out that this isn't about those spirits being trapped forever!

"Beatrice" said they died.

The question that viewers should ponder! "Beatrice", isn't really someone who you can believe 100% because her story in "It's What's Inside is twisted and not completely revealing of what truly happened. It was very personal.
To really look into things even more! She wants her revenge! The entire show gave "Beatrice" an awful time so she looked to punish every character who played a part.

When you're looking for answers! The big questions surrounding the end, and the final swap. "Beatrice" wants the body to go back, to take what was taken away! You see the revenge was real in this film.

It might be worth it to dig deep to see just what is being hidden within those files! It looks like the writers created a very thought provoking, complex, and ultimately compelling horror that keeps viewers glued to the screens.
