Is Din Djarin Getting the Razor Crest Back?
Get ready, Star Wars fans! You've been asking, and now there's a HUGE surprise! Looks like Din Djarin is finally getting back behind the wheel of his iconic ship. You'll remember it's the ST-70 class Razor Crest M-111 Assault Ship.
What Happened To The Razor Crest?
- In The Mandalorian Season 2, his Razor Crest got totally wrecked - badly - during a fight against Moff Gideon. Think explosions! Nothing left to salvage!
- Din actually was kinda upset. It's the reason he went on that epic mission to find Grogu, his adorable little foundling!
- It made things harder! We even saw him fly a tiny ship - the Naboo N-1 - after that. Remember when Peli Motto gave him that? He even fixed the Razor Crest, too.
But Wait - We Saw It in The Mandalorian Movie?
- Yep, Din was in his trusty old Razor Crest, in a preview for the new Mandalorian Movie! But get this - it’s not his! Zeb Orrelios is flying it!
- Fans have gone wild trying to guess what it all means! The New Republic must have snagged the ship in the Star Wars universe! Remember how the Razor Crest went missing? Now we know what happened.
- That was in "The Mandalorian" Season 3, we know now the New Republic turned the Razor Crest around - to Din, we think! But there is so much we don’t know, and that makes the movie super interesting.
What if It’s A New Razor Crest?
Don't forget, even though that specific ST-70 class Razor Crest M-111 Assault Ship was trashed in "The Mandalorian", those ships are pretty common.
- This is actually pretty common in the Star Wars universe; there's a lot of different variations of the Razor Crest ships! That's the ST-70 class! So there might be another one out there just like his - and the way it looks, Din might be back with a new Razor Crest!
When Will We See More of "The Mandalorian" Adventures?
- Hold your horses - there's a ton to be excited about - because Jon Favreau has planned a bunch of stuff. He's super invested in those Mandalorian stories.
Now there are hints of a huge change. It looks like "The Mandalorian" might get skipped for Season 4 to bring back more Star Wars Movie magic - to the big screen - which means that "The Mandalorian and Grogu" movie, is happening! What a great idea. If this film does a good job - this whole Mandalorian universe could totally go for that big-screen experience.
You might not realize this - but the Razor Crest was a super important piece of the puzzle for Din Djarin and Grogu! All of the Mandalorian Grogu Adventures were totally linked to it! The movie - scheduled for May 2026, is a major chance to go back to the beginning. It's going to be a super cool, super exciting way for this universe to continue on!
