The Legend Of Vox Machina is a pretty big deal for Prime Video, showing how much audiences love stories based on Dungeons & Dragons Actual Plays. Vox Machina is filled with cool characters, big risks, and lots of laughs. The show proves that actual plays like Critical Role can be awesome TV.
There are a bunch of TTRPG actual play shows, but Dimension 20 on Dropout is the best. Dimension 20 started in 2019 and has already made over 20 seasons with great comedy performers and lots of cool guest stars. Any of these seasons could be a hit animated show, but adapting the whole series would be the best way to fill the space between seasons of The Legend Of Vox Machina.
Like Critical Role, Dimension 20 is an actual play show with performers playing popular RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons and Kids With Bikes. But Dimension 20 is even funnier, with more crazy and unexpected twists. The Legend of Vox Machina is like a remix of the first Critical Role campaign, taking hundreds of episodes and making them into a big fantasy epic with lots of action, humor, and drama.
Dimension 20 is different, because it has shorter seasons and lots of different settings. This gives a potential animated show a lot of freedom to be weird and awesome. Dimension 20 could be a funny answer to The Legend of Vox Machina, with tons of great characters and action. The shorter seasons would also mean a faster turnaround for production, so it would be easy to add to a streamer's schedule while The Legend of Vox Machina is still being made.

Dimension 20 is perfect to follow The Legend of Vox Machina and prove that TTRPG campaign adaptations are great TV.
