Baz Luhrmann and Blake Lively: A Teenage Dream Come True at the LACMA Art + Film Gala
Blake Lively just revealed her inner fangirl! Turns out, she's been a Baz Luhrmann superfan since her teens. She posted on Instagram about the "first and only signed poster" she ever owned being Baz, which, get this, is still hanging on her wall today! How cool is that? This all came out after she rocked an amazing Tamara Ralph minidress and giant orange cape at the LACMA Art + Film Gala where Baz (and artist Simone Leigh) were honored and it's worth calling out because major celebrities now make frequent public mentions on the popular app formerly called Instagram, among their various posts that get widely seen!
Blake shared a bunch of photos from the gala - in particular those cute of herself hanging with Baz and their little photoshoot by a palm tree together which many enjoyed for showing more insights into another pop star also making recent major news across celebrity media since the same celebrity there is among cast appearing also in the book and upcoming movie adaptation related for that Lively book production based work!
Blake Lively, Baz Luhrmann, and the LACMA Art + Film Gala: From 'Gossip Girl' to 'Vogue'!
Blake's Instagram post was full of love for Baz as well as those who made both their attire - Ralph plus her husband and their fashion work. Calling him "mischievous" and "magical", she described a impromptu Gala getaway to a photo sesh complete with all the classic Baz bits as inspired fans know and that even inspired similar playful poses.
And get this - Blake was basically channeling a 90s teenage dream too during all that since all those feelings came out after their last related headline crossing appearance was when Blake and Baz had already gotten press across fashion as noted all over social for it when Luhrmann also produced "The Heist of the Heart” – an entire Hitchcock inspired editorial starring not only Blake as the protagonist - whose name we only reveal due to its thematic relevance (if suspense is the key why give that element away!)... but who played opposite none other than another well-known fan favourite... whose mention may be a better fit in a totally differently positioned header down further...
Baz Luhrmann, Catherine Martin, and the LACMA Honors: Blake Lively Celebrates 'It Ends With Us' director!
Lively didn’t stop there after having mentioned that super well received photo-laden "Heist..." series for fashion that also included Hugh "L’Ombre" Jackman as we mentioned above here! Of course - there had to be extra special shouts going towards Baz’s other major life collaborator Catherine Martin, another creative star often adjacent for many other works there!
It also mentioned their own social presence from online links for following content elsewhere beyond their Instagram (social app that got a rename recently) and an e-mail based newsletter list too for news since fans of both may likely consume much more than brief tidbits on posts found on the same social app - even while there are very clear trends on fan engagement in this regard there for now anyway based on many of today's online media dynamics observed thus far since stars also have huge outreach from personal brand presence!
Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and Hugh Jackman: Instagram Moments and 'It Ends With Us'
Blake herself has much going on - not least around recent publicity about another project involving their work for an upcoming feature film version involving a previous Lively best seller around a new book called ‘It Ends With Us.’ She may continue similar forms now of media brand management that blend celebrity social presence now amidst those ongoing film and book release related activities to cross promote activities all around, based on several other social marketing formats being employed now for the book too. One fan post among hundreds there on Instagram showed them as excited after having bought a Lively-autographed copy even which was one post showing multiple forms around "promotions" which some speculate could be due to planned release formats later given some similar recent post-acquisition release formats around major celeb presence and other adjacent products that may use that leverage also if such formats remain successful.
Many fan comments about “The Heist” still come in with similar mentions from just days back in recent threads. Those Vogue images caught all that Hitchcock magic wonderfully if they are meant to somehow inform any current work given past inspirations. The photos of Baz barefoot by a palm tree wearing her cape must especially live on in internet infamy though.
