Where is the X-Men Cast Now?
We know and love them, they were amazing! The original X-men movie gave those X-Men characters some amazing life and launched the franchise way back in 2000! Let's see what these super awesome X-Men actors are up to today!
Where's Wolverine?
- We're all about Hugh Jackman, as Wolverine. The guy practically defined what this character was - all brooding and tough. He even gave us those amazing Wolverine movies! It almost seemed like his time as the iconic character was over until 2024! He joined back in, along with Deadpool, with that awesome movie - Deadpool & Wolverine!
- But remember, this movie brought back one thing we never really saw: the super awesome comic book-style suit!
- He even spent time on Broadway - so versatile! Now, he's got a lot of other acting roles, but we'll never forget how he brought the perfect Hugh Jackman Wolverine to life!
Who's Playing Professor X?
- That was Patrick Stewart! It was great to see him in so many X-Men movies. It made sense! He's a big, serious, and wise leader.
- It was a totally big deal when he joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe! Remember Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness - a super interesting flick. That was awesome.
- And did you hear? Patrick Stewart actually starred as Captain Picard, the legendary Starfleet officer from Star Trek: The Next Generation in the show "Star Trek: Picard". So great - he really knows his characters!
Who Played the Other X-Men?
- Famke Janssen brought Jean Grey to life - with a big, wild story arc in the movies. James Marsden was our awesome, but kinda brooding Cyclops. Halle Berry? Well, that's our Storm.
- They were in most of those X-Men movies!
- Remember Anna Paquin who played Rogue in the X-Men franchise? That was a pretty iconic part.
Any Big News for Those X-Men Cast?
- Those X-Men sequels are coming, along with all those X-Men spin-offs - but it is a really big deal that the X-Men movie universe is coming together, as part of Marvel Studios. The new X-Men movie, is kind of like a new X-Men: Days of Future Past reboot! The thing is they’ve got a whole bunch of great characters now that they've been showing in recent flicks - like those X-Men stars who popped up in Deadpool & Wolverine!
- This X-Men crew had a lot going on - you should see what they did outside those Marvel Cinematic Universe movies.
- The X-Men actors really are working a ton in films. Check it out - Ian McKellen was playing Shakespeare's Falstaff in a play! You won't believe who was in the newest Sonic the Hedgehog movie - it was James Marsden!
They all brought a special kind of magic - the X-Men actors have kept busy! They might be bringing their own X-Men movie to the big screen - but for now, we're all ready for whatever's next! Who’s ready to go back to the original X-Men movie for a little blast from the past, or even dive into X-Men: The Last Stand and "X-Men: Days of Future Past?"
