Anaxes – an incredibly vital Republic shipyard, that incredibly long Anaxes campaign – and then Anakin’s belief in Rex's theory, regarding those plans made between Rex and the (assumedly) dead Echo; leading to AnakinRex, and Clone Force 99 discovering the cyborg Echo, captured and imprisoned. This incredibly unexpected reunion changed the campaign entirely— bringing an end to a grueling war and a member rejoining Clone Force 99!

5. The Battle of Lola Sayu (The Citadel): Saving Grand Admiral Tarkin!

That legendary Citadel mission— the most critical point focuses on rescuing Captain Tarkin and General Even Piell after finding the Nexus Route.  Even Piell didn't make it— but rescuing Tarkin was huge! Think of that "what if".  If he'd remained imprisoned? The entire Imperial era could be different; demonstrating the large and everlasting significance those seemingly minor plots in smaller events can bring and really demonstrates what this campaign might imply!
