The MCU's Doctor Strange movies have given us amazing battles! We've seen Stephen Strange face DormammuKaecilius, and other powerful foes! Those fights totally rocked! But tons of classic comic book villains remain unused in this cinematic universe. And if a Doctor Strange 3 happens? These are the baddies who absolutely MUST make an appearance.  These could totally create awesome new battles and showcase even more mystical aspects, maybe adding demonic threats! A lot of those would link to Strange's past or other MCU characters from prior movies.

It's time to seriously discuss the potential here; these villainous options could completely create interesting storylines and showcase more of that magic aspect of the MCU. These could become memorable for long time fans, even after that incredible Multiverse of Madness!

10. Aggamon: The Purple Dimension Tyrant!

Aggamon rules the Purple Dimension, enslaving creatures to feed his power!  This tyrant totally uses his magic selfishly, providing that classic dark, evil character with amazing lore potential for exploring Strange's own moral choices— would he do the same if tempted to get extreme amounts of power for himself? That kind of moral dilemma really makes for powerful storytelling, folks! His power-draining ability also poses serious magical problems.

9. Mephisto: Marvel’s Devil Unleashed!

Mephisto has been heavily hinted at but remains elusive in the MCU.   This demon lord creates serious chaos!  He loves making deals—for souls!   While not a solely Doctor Strange villain, their many clashes demonstrate this interesting thematic dynamic which adds more interesting dynamics! He could give Strange a terrible choice; adding to the already highly intense battles which would create some unique insights. Plus his possible connection to other characters, including Ghost Rider and Scarlet Witch, brings massive opportunities for additional storyline implications!

The villain can directly attack Strange's vulnerabilities; a conflict we haven’t truly witnessed.   The horror potential also creates possibilities for uniquely awesome visuals in a cinematic universe where such horror hasn't been entirely emphasized.

7. Mindless Ones: Hordes of Indestructible Destruction

Mindless Ones are awesome henchmen; utterly unstoppable and brutal, those destructive entities which can serve many major evils— including Dormammu! These powerful, relentless baddies could become major obstacles and bring some physical conflict into Doctor Strange's fights—a change of pace from magical duels! Adding Mindless Ones could also hint at a Dormammu return or new threats against the multiverse!

6. Satannish: Dormammu’s Disciple and Evil Lord of a Hellish Dimension

Satannish, that mighty demon lord— ruler of hell.  He constantly seeks dominion and frequently clashes with Doctor Strange.  His ties to Dormammu makes him a serious threat. His motives– stealing souls and enslaving humankind, really line up perfectly with the dark themes inherent in Doctor Strange stories. The incredible monster aesthetic here makes him a great, visually awesome antagonist!

5. Silver Dagger: Faith vs. Magic Clash!

Silver Dagger, that seriously devout sorcerer-hunter (debuting in Doctor Strange #1), could connect back to those early Doctor Strange stories and provide a truly fascinating reflection upon those very things that Strange deals with in his day-to-day existence; creating another awesome and unexpected change which demonstrates those complex moral and psychological aspects. His fanatical pursuit to eliminate magic would bring far more serious moral dilemmas; not only some basic combat.

4. Umar: Dormammu's Cunning Sister

UmarDormammu's sister, also comes from the Dark Dimension.   She’s far more strategic and cunning— this subtle approach contrasts Dormammu's brute force. That alone makes her a fresh kind of villain! Her ties to the Dark Dimension and her connection to Clea (Multiverse of Madness mid-credits scene) perfectly set up this possible inclusion for later releases.  Her appearance also creates interesting narrative possibilities which would make fans question her next potential acts and actions which creates this massive tension regarding her upcoming role.

3. Kaluu: A Betrayed Friend's Dark Turn

Kaluu, a past ally of the Ancient One, fell from grace through his lust for forbidden power and demonstrates those potential darker elements inherent within this world. He represents those darker aspects inherent within this setting: those opportunities and temptations presented constantly. He serves as an unsettling mirror image of Doctor Strange.   His knowledge of ancient spells, along with his intense personal connection creates significant ties to Strange's past and also offers many opportunities to build more storytelling; something that could make many more viewers want this villain to show up.

Undying Ones?   These interdimensional demons are classic Doctor Strange villains!   Their invasion plans could completely make this story arc around the magical aspects of the MCU, showcasing that power and highlighting Strange's role. The possible cosmic horror elements and those powerful storylines already built-up would further make this choice highly appealing for more seasoned viewers.
