Regarding the other performers playing the younger characters, Gunnar Sizemore will voice Greg, Ozioma Akagha will voice Tonya, Terrence Little Gardenhigh will voice Drew. Since all four of the newcomers to the Everybody Hates Chris universe have experience in Voice Acting and other work, they are fit to voice the characters in the animated series. More importantly, all the performers have expertise portraying young characters and children in their several animation productions, which will help them greatly for Everybody Still Hates Chris.
Williams' next major performance was two seasons of the Matthew Perry-led sitcom Go On following Everybody Hates Chris. He subsequently appeared as Noah in The Walking Dead before playing Lionel in the controversial film Dear White People. After that, a run of TV sitcoms and procedurals won him his largest part to date as teacher Gregory Eddie at Abbott Elementary, which has already been renewed for a fourth season. Williams has been nominated for two Emmys and won a Golden Globe and a SAG Award for his work in that series. Tyler James Williams is obviously doing rather well even if he is not returning for Everybody Still Hates Chris.

The beloved sitcom's animated revival is titled Everybody Still Hates Chris. Chris Rock, Terry Crews, and Tichina Arnold among other original voice actors for the adults will be included on the show. For those who saw the original series, the comeback of the show is much awaited. The animated approach presents a different viewpoint on the venerable characters and their relevant narratives. Although the previous cast might not be returning to perform their roles, the new voice cast seems to offer the series their own special vitality.
