For Starfield DLC, this may be a major week.
Though it may have been in players' hands for just shy of a year, Bethesda's gigantic sci-fi RPG, Starfield, does not mean the community has given up hope the studio has additional ideas for the game. Bethesda has before indicated that it is working on several significant improvements and mechanisms; such features may drop far sooner than anticipated.
Jarusin The Stars observed over on Reddit that updates have lately inundated Starfield's SteamDB page, most of which the game has never seen since it first debuted. Bethesda has made over 100 changes to the Steam version of the game in less than a month; to put that in context, 100 changes were published between March and May, so indicating the exponential speed of these upgrades. Given the past SteamDB deluge hailed the release of the May update, it is reasonable to hypothesize that another significant patch or maybe even the Shattered Space DLC might be revealed shortly.
June Makes Sense for Starfield News
Although nothing is yet known, Bethesda would naturally be preparing to either provide additional information on Shattered Space or launch a significant content update. Microsoft is confirmed to be hosting an Xbox Showcase on June 9; although the actual announcements are still somewhat under wraps, Starfield most likely will take the stage alongside the new Call of Duty. Whether or not it proves accurate is yet unknown, but all those modifications to the SteamDB entry definitely point to some activity.
Director and executive producer Todd Howard announced just before the May update that Bethesda is working on some significant fresh enhancements to Starfield. Apart from the improved map system, which the society generally approved of, Howard also stated that the studio is building land vehicles to support planet-side investigation. If this turns out to be the main lesson from the June update, then a range of minor changes to quality of life should also be expected.
Though Starfield's May Update changed the game in many different ways, one of the best can only be found by looking at all the possibilities.
Based on its Steam listing, Starfield may be preparing for yet another big event; the game has seen several notable changes as part of the most recent update in May. Though Starfield has been in players' hands for almost a year, the community still hopes the studio has more in store for the game. Bethesda has earlier said that it is working on significant improvements and mechanics; those elements might appear far earlier than expected.

Since its launch, Starfield has not had the easiest time since players felt Bethesda neglected the post-launch support.
Following the May update, Starfield's path has veered toward success. The studio promised updates and fixes for comments, but these soon became irregular and inadequate in handling the more serious problems.
Given the current status of the game, players are eagerly awaiting more material. Fans want to know what Starfield's future holds—which can involve a lot of fresh stuff. Clearly new features and improvements are under development; it is unknown when they will be published.
