The world of Silent Hill, has an entire history and is getting a reimagining as Silent Hill 2 gets its own remake, and is hitting those nostalgia vibes!

Fans of Silent Hill have been eagerly waiting for the reboot. That excitement may have even increased as new details emerged, especially around some key parts of the plot.

Two New Endings

The Stillness Ending:

The Bliss Ending:

The Bliss Ending offers up something different, though, it will leave you feeling very strange. Fans will really have to look hard into the deep meanings that are found throughout the series. It starts with an audiotape!

This audiotape, is of James watching a tape, which he thought was left by Mary. He has all those memories of "Silent Hill" where they traveled.

As the audiotape shows some amazing events that give this ending its meaning. The audiotape does not go in the direction that "James expected as he watches the footage it is more focused on the love his wife, "Mary." has for "Silent Hill!". The reason this story is so epic is that "Silent Hill" holds some sacred, supernatural, and historical value!

A Look at What Makes Silent Hill 2 So Important

Even if this was an ending that didn't leave players filled with fear, the film "Silent Hill 2 " still does. What really brings it all together, though is a strong Buddhist idea that the ending brings into play.

A concept called "Samsara" is all about life, death, and a repeated cycle! If that wasn't intriguing enough "James" in this story does have a repeated cycle, going through the same horror. James, he ends up at the same spot with a desperate wish that is one to escape this horrible loop.

One thing is certain if "Stillness" or "Bliss" don't give audiences a dose of horror. It doesn't make Silent Hill 2 any less effective. Silent Hill as a series has made so much history. The endings give players so many amazing interpretations that it might just keep these fans debating!

Even more, this gives us so much about the amazing story! There might be some changes but one thing is sure for everyone: "Silent Hill" is coming back with an epic return and a big Remake, making fans really curious to dive back into this game that gives us so much!
