Blunderville's Return: Dates, Requirements, and More!

This is a limited-time event: From Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024, at 1:00 AM PDT to mid-November (when Patch 7.1 drops); you'll have approximately three to four weeks to grab all those event rewards! This also helps ensure that people with even the least amount of free time, can still join in; especially considering those involved would still get additional opportunities at an unannounced later date to further participate and earn more rewards at that point! These limited-time rewards should provide some incentive and should further fuel the anticipation!

You will however need to do a few things before jumping into that Blunderville event! You will first need an FFXIV character. This isn’t necessarily mandatory as any newly created character meets the criteria for participating! That is a clever strategic addition that significantly impacts this particular event and brings many more players, without needing to already be invested or need prior experience.

After that? Level your character to at least 15 and complete one of these scenario quests:

The Gridanian Envoy
The Ul'dahn Envoy
The Lominsan Envoy

Finally: Complete the quest, “It Could Happen to You.” Once that's done; get those Manderville Gold Saucer Fame (MGF) points! These points become event currency that help you obtain this event’s rewards.

Awesome Rewards: From Housing Items to Unique Minions

There’s tons of stuff to earn! It involves obtaining unique rewards in this event!

Gentlebean Glamour Set (expensive, pink, and super cute).
Various Blunderville housing items (for those wanting additional customizability). This also adds greater potential for continued engagement as those who participate might invest in obtaining those items and decorations and could return for later updates which would also feature similar additional updates; therefore further ensuring sustained participation and providing those who wish to have fun in FFXIV those additional opportunities to complete these goals.
Rhiyes Identification Key (unlocks otherwise inaccessible machinery!). This also generates another layer to the event, enhancing those who wish to further explore additional content with greater in-game tools to use for themselves.
