Players looking for a more deep role-playing experience will value Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights even if PlayStation Plus offers entertaining games like LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach. Often labeled as a "Soulslike" experience, this highly praised game presents a distinctive and demanding Gaming experience that will appeal to genre aficionados.
The official PlayStation Blog states that Ender Lilies will be on Playstation Plus on August 6th. Although the 2D art approach of the game may first seem simple, it is a major flaw. When Ender Lilies first came out, it was quite well-received; it scored an 8.4 User Score on Metacritical and an 86 on both reviewers' and players' ratings. Even the toughest opponents can be defeated with deliberate timing and exact moves.
Ender Lilies distinguishes other metroidvanias by giving players some narrative power. Lily's decisions lead the game to several unusual endings, hence every decision she makes has great influence on the last result. Beyond its story depth, Ender Lilies has a visually appealing universe created with a bleak but beautiful art style that accentuates the game's dark and sad environment.
Although Ender Lilies is a great addition to the PlayStation Plus collection, those seeking more of the same might want to look out Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist. Currently in early access on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, this sequel offers a carry-on of the Ender Lilies experience. Though still in development, Ender Magnolia offers a great chance for anyone ready to keep on their trip and explore the planet.
