It can make or break your strategy and what helps, is when players are rewarded with those awesome rewards: Might Crystals! You’re also given Radiant Butters, which will help you get the edge!
If you’re a Zelda gamer. Get ready. This is a real race for success! And if you're trying to go for that golden, winning time? Get ready for under 17 seconds.
Why Is The Short Course So Hard:
The Short Course, has a lot of interesting features and is quite unique, but it turns out this is the most challenging, in a game with three courses to conquer.
Even if you make one tiny mistake it can throw you off, meaning, if you haven't completed this part, you’ll be hard pressed to get to the next level of competition! You can't progress without winning on the short course and you can't make it to the Long Course without winning the Medium Course!
Completing The Short Course:
The good thing, you can go back and forth on your skills. This course gives you the option to take different approaches!
- The best way is to get to your goal is with the Bind Ability!, making things smoother! What you’ll be able to do is move the potted plants!
- You have to think fast because you will need to dash, make your moves and make those big turns.
- Many fans suggest using the Bind ability on those trees at the lower left-hand side. This will help but, what is going to make it so critical is to know where you need to stop so you can save that time to get the fastest time!
This really highlights that speed and accuracy are your top priority when completing the Short Course!
Make sure to give those Might Crystals a big focus.
That's one of the big takeaways for all fans as you start. Make sure to test out what makes the short course hard and focus on what’s making you lose precious seconds! The big trick here? When you have to use the Bind ability, make sure you press the "X" button on the Echoes of Wisdom. Bind ability, while great it takes a lot of practice and some patience but you’ll get it!
The key for most gamers to try out is, make those moves when you begin the course:
- Jump right over the very first box! You don’t have a ton of time to delay here!
- The first two trees will be a big distraction, but avoid them, and don't let them make you make those bad decisions.
- As soon as possible!
It looks like using the Bind ability might give you some early advantage and help save some time. After placing the pot, don't waste time. Get going and take a fast, sharp turn!
Completing The Course Without Using The Bind Ability
Even if those of you that are more of “go-getters” might not think this is possible! It turns out you can, with a bit of "The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom" strategy! It's an incredible approach, that may take a few runs to get, but it looks to make sense if you think of the Short Course in two different stages:
- You’ll have one stage that is simple. This means no need for major strategizing and it's all about those big, easy turns!
- If you fail to execute in this second part, it’s game over! If you are able to make your moves, it’s about staying on the left. Be sure to make it toward the middle area of the course.
Remember the biggest part here is those big turns so it's a key to focus on your moves, get to the left and then move toward that middle part and turn! Once you have completed that stage, your final step. This takes place as soon as you take the Flag! You have a chance to do one last big turn right.
- Then! Jump right over the box to complete the final lap.
- That’s right. The big trick is to get that time! Make sure to dash and get that final jump! Make those moves!
- One of the big lessons? The Short Course in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, is full of challenges but you can conquer it! This also means, you have a special chance to discover all those great items that are there for you in the Long Course!.
