To get your hands on The Keep Armory you will need to finish the main quest for the House Veth'aal, a quest known as "Conflict in Conviction!" To get to that step. There are a lot of things to do! You will have to complete all the previous tasks. This includes the "What Remains" and the "The Promised, Broken" quests.

What's nice about "What Remains" and "The Promised, Broken" quests are that they are relatively short and simple, and may make the wait feel not so bad.

You're almost there but still more steps to take! Now's the chance to pick a side! You can talk to the House Veth'aal's leader- Ekris.

But if you go the other direction with other houses, the best option is House Dul'kehf. It might seem that there could be some other entry, but not at the time! You can't just break in, or have any chance to break your way inside of "The Keep Armory." You won't see the amazing loot unless you go through these key, incredible steps to unlock a world that has so much in it!
