Yellow Prismatic Stone: A Ward 13 Dig Site!

This stone’s hiding near Brabus in Ward 13; near the shooting range. Go left and to the side; then find the sandbags – that's your dig spot! It shouldn't take very long and should be straightforward. You can usually find this location rather early into the game without needing specific achievements beforehand!

Blue Prismatic Stone: Navigating the Labyrinth's Secret Portal

The Labyrinth is a more difficult location. Head to the Fractured Ingress checkpoint. Go left. Don’t enter the main portal, instead keep moving forward till you spot a small portal to the right; make sure it becomes that particular cliffside image with those lines before you actually proceed through it and continue across to where you are required! The Blue Prismatic Stone is waiting where you start digging.

You’ll need to access Root Earth for this item! It’s late-game content! Make sure you already advanced your character in some other way, maybe by grinding. You may need multiple character re-rolls. And there's also a serious consideration about playing Adventure Mode which might not make some items available for you and those players needing those elements.

Go to the Corrupted Harbor checkpoint in Root Earth. Turn around; a little to your left; you'll find the rubble near that destroyed water tower–it's hiding right beneath it! It also may contain a lot of enemies in higher difficulty modes, especially if this happens near that previously important boss location. This area is where the Red Prismatic Stone can be acquired through the shovel.
