Ghost of Yotei: Will Haikus Return to This Amazing Sequel?

Who would have thought we would get a sequel to the action-adventure game Ghost of Tsushima? It was just announced, as Ghost of Yotei, which will take place a few hundred years after the previous game, during a time where guns make a return in the series. The exciting trailer from Sucker Punch Productions highlighted just how "advanced" the series will become.

The Best Part Of Ghost Of Tsushima: Haikus:

However, despite the amazing new look and Ghost of Yotei's focus on new weaponry! I had been thinking about just one feature from Ghost of Tsushima that would bring a special kind of magic to "Ghost of Yotei".

This series gives so many opportunities for exploring an incredible game with all kinds of details. There are so many side quests! That is truly what the new title might embrace, to make a stronger experience!

A Short Form Of Poetry:

What might stand out as the greatest feature was not the fighting but a calming aspect to it, a chance for "Jin Sakai" to think about his actions!

These incredible haikus, were added to the original game!

They were optional.
They gave players an extra bonus!
The short poems really made the story richer!
This element added something to Jin's journey that he went through. The short poems often led to special rewards such as headbands!

So if it isn't a complete departure for a sequel and this feature stays in the new installment, Ghost of Yotei! Fans will appreciate how it can help build out the story.

You see, even though the story was about a samurai! The haikus are super meaningful.

It's about the appreciation of the world's beauty and how it relates to human life!

It was incredibly calming, as Jin would see what was going on around him!
And sometimes be inspired by "foxes" and how they might lead him to a treasure or new parts of the map, adding a real sense of wonder!

What We Want To See From Ghost of Yotei

There are so many things in these video games. It's one thing to get an amazing battle royale or a story, but to see these moments come to life in such an exciting way makes it that much better!

Haikus give an amazing way to show a world from Atsu's perspective.

Fans hope to get this amazing addition and are looking forward to "Ghost of Yotei's" haikus. This form of poetry has given us a special chance for this world, but it might lead to some truly awesome improvements! If Atsu goes through her own emotional story and expresses these feelings in poetry. Perhaps we may be able to see new, expanded events, including new side-quests! This could add an element to Ghost of Yotei that fans won't be able to get enough of! This element could easily show up as well! Even though these haikus are small in comparison to a world like Ghost of Tsushima, with the right development they may have a more lasting and powerful impact on "Ghost of Yotei."!

It would not only make a stronger story, but it could really elevate the rewards as well! It's a real boost when you're able to collect new rewards for all that hard work! What made Ghost of Tsushima such a huge hit? Well, some really interesting cosmetic upgrades and the headbands really made an impression, however, they were strictly cosmetic and were super beautiful! Fans could wear their haiku!

Maybe this might make them a more worthwhile endeavor, giving the option to wear an amazing new sword that shows that your story, the moment you wrote that poem is really going to add more. Even more! Maybe these rewards would even offer new and exciting bonuses that the main character can use in battle.

While these awesome haikus might end up becoming even more important than what Ghost of Yotei's development team originally planned! This new game really makes you feel like it has some special possibilities that only time will tell! Who knows. These short poetic forms, may just help make it even better for this truly, great "Ghost" series that's waiting to be discovered.

"Ghost of Yotei" promises some epic changes but it looks like they won't be so bold as to change everything about the game. It will come out in 2025 and fans are eagerly awaiting the release and all the exciting possibilities this series may have!
