Destiny 2 Revenant Exotics: How to Get & Best Builds

The world of Destiny 2 keeps getting more exciting! With the arrival of The Final Shape expansion came Revenant, a new season full of challenges, new rewards, and of course, new exotic armor pieces!

New Exotic Armor:

For a long time in Destiny 2, players could unlock exotic armors through Legend Lost Sectors. However, with The Final Shape, things got a shake-up. Now, getting these exotics involves working your way up the reputation with Rahool!

Unlocking the Exotics:

Here's the rundown. You need Rahool's reputation at rank 16 and then reset your rank! This opens up a special focusing screen where you can get these exotics! They're not free; you'll need Ascendant Shards!

Get more Ascendant Shards by continually resetting reputation ranks.
Try running Nightfalls on Master difficulty. You can get a lot of these cool, hard-to-get items!

The New Exotics:

Three new exotics were created and released for each class, Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters. Aztecross on YouTube gave some really great insights on what you can get, giving people builds for when these pieces get unlocked. There's also something special for this season; they're all Stasis exotics! So those Stasis and Prismatic builds can go wild this season.

Rime-Coat Raiment for Warlocks:

This chest armor uses the Bleak Watcher Stasis aspect. What's awesome, is when you use your grenade, a Stasis turret gets created. It’s super useful since its perk, Bleak Domain, does so much.

Creates Stasis crystals and a storm.
In this storm, you build Icicle stacks.
They increase weapon damage to really slow enemies down.

This Stasis subclass gives Warlocks a new angle. The Bleak Watcher aspect and the Glacial Harvest will be amazing and that can get a powerful boost from Stasis crystals!

Mask of Fealty for Hunters:

Hunters get to have fun as well and those that love a Prismatic build get a powerful addition for this season. Get ready, this exotic is only effective if you’re using Withering Blade!

This exotic is very effective for melee attacks!

Creates Stasis crystals and refunds a bit of your melee energy every time the Withering Blade hits!
A super helpful additional feature is it unleashes a flurry of blades, freezing opponents, when you break frozen enemies.

Blastwave Striders for Titans:

This is one unique Stasis build that Titans get to enjoy and its special perk charges as you kill targets and unleash a special power to slide and rocket-jump! There is going to be lots of freezing with those additional powers as you hit opponents! It also generates Frost Armor every time this exotic feature kicks in!

Stasis and the Future:

All these new exotic armors really changed up the game. For those who play Destiny 2 it helps you understand that the Stasis subclass may never fully fade, showing its sustained impact in this exciting season. The devs look like they're continually working to create awesome new content, bringing tons of new opportunities for players and these additions really highlight what makes the Destiny 2 series such a compelling world of video games and so addictive.
