When those tasks come up, Kwannon will have to employ her assassin talents to guard mutants and eliminate those who would endanger them.

Background of Kwannon?
From infancy inside The Hand, a covert ninja group, Kwannon was first taught to be an assassin. She developed her psionic and telepathic abilities from early age. When Kwannon traded bodies with formidable mutant Captain Britain, Betsy Braddock, her life changed. Betsy assumed the identity of Psylocke in Kwannon's body, and Kwannon created her own path in Betsy's body finally known as Revanche. The two characters had lately gone back to their natural bodies. Betsy Braddock became Captain Britain once more, and Kwannon formally became the second Psylocke.
How does the fresh Psylocke series examine Kwannon's character?
The upcoming show will explore Kwannon's past and her choice to take on heroics. Though Kwannon trained as an assassin and has a terrible past, she choose to be an X-Man shielding mutants. The show will honor Kwannon's dedication to be a hero even as it explores the evil in her life.
