She stepped onto the scene pushing Wesker's corpse and instantly proving to be even more compelling to Batman who stated that she's "a better Ventriloquist than Wesker ever was."

Later issues reveal a dark past. Peyton was born into the Mafia and briefly dated Thomas Elliot (Hush). An abusive marriage to Johnny Sabitino drove her to find solace in the unsettling comfort of Scarface. With Wesker's death, Peyton seized her opportunity to pursue crime, leaving Batman intrigued by this new criminal mastermind!
