Jujutsu Kaisen Switches Nobara for Hana
Originally a minor character, Hana was the sorceress Yuji and Megumi turned to for help releasing Gojo from his incarceration. After meeting her, the three formed a flimsy alliance; Hana intends to locate and kill Sukuna, who lives inside Yuji. Still, the three get along nicely, to the point where Yuji worries that Hana may replace Nobara in their trio in *Jujutsu Kaisen*, in chapter 210. In the end, he writes off this as a ridiculous concern; this most recent chapter reveals that he essentially regards Hana like he treated Nobara.
This is a positive indication for the show since it lost the lighthearted exchanges found in its previous chapters and grew darker following the Shibuya Incident. Gojo and Nobara were gone, hence this was partly due to their absence; those two were not only outstanding fighters but also pretty funny. But now, with Hana basically replacing Nobara as a goof-off friend for Yuji, hopefully the story will be able to reclaim some of what made its previous chapters so fun.
Has Jujutsu Kaisen Hinted to Nobara's Return?
After an occurrence in chapter #259 of the manga, readers' hopes of Nobara Kugisaki maybe resurfacing. Mei Mei used the term "Resonance" in a chat with Todo in this chapter, instantly reminding me of Nobara's method with the same name. Another character who passed away during the war with Mahito, Todo Aoi, Returned to fight in this chapter and stunned everyone. This implies that not every figure slain under Mahito's hands is really gone, so giving *Jujutsu Kaisen* fans hope that maybe Nobara could resurfaced in a like manner.
Unquestionably, Todo's revival and the reference to her technique point to hope that Nobara's "death" in chapter #125 as a result of Mahito's brutality was temporary. Fascinatingly, her death never was formally confirmed. Other characters, notably Arata Nitta, who plainly said the heroine had a larger than "zero percent chance" of living but was "probably dead," discuss her death. These remarks, however, do not definitely establish her death. Akutami is well-known for throwing very amazing curveballs in his comics, hence her comeback is not off the agenda right now.
How did Nobara die in jujutsu Kaisen?
Regretfully, some supporters will probably never give up on the prospect of Nobara being alive given the vague circumstances of her death. During the Shibuya Incident arc, Nobara passed away after coming upon a clone of the Curse Mahito, a body manipulator. The clone fled back to its own body when Nobara was able to damage both Mahito personally and hence the clone. Nobara followed it back to Mahito, when the Curse struck her and her eye burst. Although many viewers assumed she was dead at this time, the show never formally verified her death, so inspiring some optimism.
Hana's entrance is probably a clue that Nobara would never resurfaced in *Jujutsu Kaisen*, but her supporters can at least be comforted by how faithfully Hana reflects her connection with Yuji. And finally, early on this was what made her so entertaining despite her other great traits. Thus, *Jujutsu Kaisen* readers who stopped reading following Nobara's death should pick the manga back up as Hana has so far been a fantastic Replacement for her.
Would it even make sense to bring Nobara back late into Jujutsu Kaisen?
It is quite certainly possible to bring Nobara back. But this possibility also begs the question: should she come back to the narrative at this junctur? She is definitely a fan-favorite character and a very significant component of the show, both on her own and as part of the funny and touching trio including Yuji and Megumi. Though it's a convincing idea, the hypothesis she will help Todo and Mei Mei with to destroy Sukuna might not come to pass in the end. Yuji would feel more fulfilled ultimately if he eliminated Sukuna personally.
Yuji has been handed the torch by his strong, beloved teacher following Gojo's sudden death. Yuji lost other vital people besides Gojo. Among many others in later manga chapters, he also observed Nanami, Todo, and Nobara die terribly before him. Given this, Yuji's personal search for his justifiable retribution on the evil King of Curses and his own acts ending the life of the creature would have more significance. This would provide the sometimes underappreciated protagonist his own chance to shine and highlight how amazing his jujutsu sorcery abilities have evolved from the start of *Jujutsu Kaisen*.
Jujutsu Kaisen Replacement Shuts the Door on Nobara's Return
*Jujutsu Kaisen* fans have speculated anxuously about Nobara's reappearance ever since she passed away in the Shibuya Incident arc, but one manga chapter reveals she has been replaced rather than resurrected. Many would find this disappointing since Nobara is among *Jujutsu Kaisen*'s best characters; her exchanges with Megumi and Yuji were delight to read. Nevertheless, even with a younger character, series writer Gege Akutami has still been able to convey some of the joy of that connection.
Megumi's sister arrives at the Culling Game in chapter 211 at last as the guidelines have been included that will allow her to flee it. Being generally shy, Megumi acts even more awkward with her, which causes *Jujutsu Kaisen*'s Yuji to make a sarcastic remark to relative newbie Hana Kurusu on how cute his behavior is. She smiles with him about it, too, in line with Nobara's manner. Though it's a small detail, for fans who had hoped to see *Jujutsu Kaisen*'s key three of characters Returned following the Culling Game's emphasis on the ancillary characters of the manga, it is a very comforting one.
Nobara continues to have monumental impact on the narrative even after Her Death.
Should Nobara return, supporters will most definitely be happy to see the strong heroine back into the fight. Still, her influence was enormous even if her last moments in the show really passed. Her comedy and charm offered much-needed entertainment among the loss and grief the show shows. Her actions helped Mahito to be weakened, therefore enabling the defeat of the horrible evil for good. Her death finally motivated Yuji to battle even more to guarantee that Sukuna is vanquished permanently, therefore attesting to Nobara's unquestionable impact on *Jujutsu Kaisen*'s narrative even long after her death.
