It’s actually based on an experience that happened when Josuke was just a child - in the midst of a blizzard, Josuke is sick. His mom, Tomoko, has to take him to the hospital but, their car won’t move. This is where the delinquent stranger - the savior - who helps get their car going - comes into play.
