Batman has such a broad spectrum of enemies that even some of his most thrilling rivals sometimes vanish from sight in the crowd; yet, an expert cosplayer is here to remind fans of characters like Lock-Up. Though he debuted in the DC Animated Universe, Lock-Up is well-known among the fandom; he has never had his breakthrough moment as a Caped Crusader opponent. At least not yet.
Not commonly utilized, Lock-Up is a villain who mostly appears as a lower-level henchman challenging Batman before he reaches the real threat. Fans ready to commit the time to Cosplay him have not been determented from supporting the character by this.
Compelling figure Lock-Up has drawn a dedicated following of Batman fans eager to see him take the stage. As Cosplay pro @batsturd shows, the Villain would fit right in live-action.

Some of Batman's enemies only made one page pass. This is usually for clear-cut causes, but in other cases the appropriate writer simply hasn't given a villain the narrative and attention they merit. That seems to be the case with Lock-Up, whose character design is interesting and has a dynamic particular to Batman; it has not yet been completely utilized.
@batsturd recently brought Lock-Up to life in an amazing costume, dressing as the former Arkham Warden. As the artist menacingly glances toward the camera, his Lock-Up build consists in him sporting hefty chains and holding a baton.
