Strong Enough Green Lantern to Create an Army
John Stewart is unquestionably the most potent Green Lantern available right now—perhaps the most potent Green Lantern ever created. John absorbed the Godstorm, hence it has been difficult to ascertain his exact strength. Green Lantern: War Journal has seen John execute some quite amazing constructions and feats previously. To look after John's mother while he is off-planet, he has even created a sentient construct out of his dead sister. But building a "corps" to assist Green Lantern combat the Radiant Dead is another ballgame.
Not that other Green Lanterns cannot construct weapons to provide their teammates, but rather that kind of thing saps the power source of a Green Lantern ring when utilized excessively. For John, though, his creative ability is almost unbounded. Though Green Lantern manufactures armor and weaponry for every single one of the almost fifty survivors fighting with him—not to mention some kickable gear for himself. It's a good thing John can build his own Green Lantern Corps since he soon will be confronting an Old God.
How Green Lantern grew so strong and why he is in terrible danger?
John Stewart has had encounters with immense force before; his most recent improvement brought him god-level strength. John absorbed a strong cosmic event called the Godstorm shortly after the Green Lantern Corps Central Power Battery was wrecked. Directly connected to the most potent force in the DC Universe, the Source, this enigmatic wonder was Green Lantern turned into a living pool of energy by absorbing the Godstorm, enabling the Corps to be rebuilt from its abrupt and unannounced devastation.
John soaked in the Godstorm found in Green Lantern #11 (2022!). Though John was committed to the Green Lantern Corps, he left his dear company after the United Planets seized it following the departure of the Guardians of the Universe. Happy to be back in a regular life, John went back to Earth to tend to his sick mother. But John's retirement was short lived as the Green Lantern discovered he was pursued by the army known as Radiant Dead, which comprised undead troops fused with a dark light.
Green Lantern Just Built His Own Corps, Verifying His Unlimited Powers
How else can John Stewart demonstrate he is the most potent Green Lantern yet? Perhaps a fresh corps to battle by his side? His new army spells it clearly if it were ever in doubt just how strong Green Lantern is today. John Stewart has had godlike ability for months now, and it looks as though the ring-slinger can do is unbounded.
Now, though, Green Lantern is on the far side of the cosmos and near a rip in space-time that results in an earth of unfathomable atrocities. John is not alone either; several others are caught with him near the Fenn Dark Star. But Green Lantern shows how unbounded his power is when evil forces attack by arming a squad to fight beside him.
Can the Allies of Green Lantern beat Olgrun?
Green Lantern has more power than ever, which will help him to bring the fight right to Olgrun. Is John able to accomplish it alone? His great authority points to his ability. But having partners at his side who can take on the Radiant Dead would help him much while Green Lantern concentrates all of his attention on Olgrun. As the battle with Olgrun gets near, there is nothing to imply John lacks more authority to provide his troops even greater armor or weaponry. Using Green Lantern's godlike authority and fresh corps. Olgrun's days could be merely numbers.
