For DC's speedsters, these have been challenging few months. Flash realized that speed powers might have a possibly catastrophic influence on reality after learning about fresh layers of reality known as the SpectraVerse. Later, as the layers of SpectraVerse started flowing into the Third Dimension, that seemed to be confirmed. Amanda Waller compiled data received by Mister Terrific, who had been researching the altering nature of reality, as The Flash Family responded to the growing anarchy in the DC Universe. Waller accused the Flash and other Speedsters, begging them to cease running or face the consequences, therefore advancing her anti-metahuman cause.
A funny approach to handle Bart Allen's alleged involvement in the speedsters' devastation to the DC Universe is Impulse calling out his crimes against reality. But this poster also serves as a humorous reminder of just how quickly and loosely Bart has performed with DC history. More than most speedsters, impulse's has famously crossed the chronology and is essentially impervious to any time stream modification. Bart's even grown up and momentarily acted as The Flash (only to subsequently revert in age). Of all the Flash Family members, Impulse's personal past is the most bizarre.

Far from the only speedster whose powers have let him engage in some really outrageous activities is Impulse. But among the speedsters, Bart's natural inclination combined with his amazing speed have finally made him the most "criminal" Flash Family ever produced. The Flash Family's speeds are probably not truly damaging the DC Universe, but that does not make the Wanted Poster any less truthful. Flash's ally Impulse certainly has a troubled past, even if he may not be intentionally damaging the surroundings.

One Flash Family member's life has been briefly summed up on a Wanted Poster of all things. Speedsters everywhere are being stolen left and right amid a plan masterminded by a group of Flash's fiercest foes; a wanted poster reminds everyone of the unusual life Flash's sidekick has led.
Things for the Flash Family keep going from bad to worse in Simon Spurrier, Ramon Perez, and Vasco Georgiev's The Flash #9. Amanda Waller has publicly placed the blame at the feet of the Flash and every other speedster as if it weren't terrible enough reality was facing—many cosmic tragedies.

In the Flash narrative, this is a somewhat fascinating development. It emphasizes that the Flash Family is not above the law and that their abilities could have terrible results. The Flash narrative might benefit much from more suspense and mystery added here.
