Probably one of the walls of Paradis Island in the anime, the third picture shows the Female Titan loomed menacingly under the arch of a tall wall. The look's anime-specific elements, like the Titan steam coming from the cosplayer's palm, really elevate it. Clearly a huge fan of Attack on Titan, u/Frosty Iva has extensive knowledge of the show used for the cosplay and picture shoot. More amazing still, the cosplay was created by hand using a range of materials, including EVA foam and latex.
Especially one of this scale and loaded with minor details like the intricate pattern of muscles across the Female Titan's body, cosplays can be challenging to build. But u/FrostyIva has not overlooked anything in their design of this Female Titan costume, deftly mimicking her anime style. Survey Corps member Annie Leonhart's Titan form is one of the most strong Titans on the show, hence the cosplayer had a challenging task to perform when depicting such a terrifying Titan. Their efforts paid off since Titans' appearance clearly catches their horror.

The first picture shows the Female Titan holding up an outstretched arm with a Survey Corps soldier caught in her hand, as if getting ready to eat the unlucky victim from an angle. The second picture shows the cosplayer with open hand out spewing Titan steam from their palm.
The really unique quality of this cosplay is its attention to detail. The cosplayer has brilliantly caught the unique traits of the Female Titan, including her lengthened limbs, strong muscles, and ferocious expression. Particularly the steam effect is a great addition that enhances the cosplay's whole impact. It is rather evidence of the cosplayer's talent and commitment.
Based on the manga, Attack on Titan is a dark-action fantasy series set in a future where mankind has been corralled into walled towns from fear of enormous human-eating Titans existing outside of them. After his mother dies in front of him at a young age, protagonist Eren Yeager's need for retribution drives him to enlist in a top squad of fighters meant to combat the Titan threat.
Attack on Titan's success has spurred a boom in cosplay and fan art; the Female Titan is an especially popular subject.
