Spheric Solutions provides weapons for police – thus a huge brawl between the cops and those criminal factions emerges, resulting in another significant turning point and a confrontation that involves Nightwing's actual expertise.

The writing? Amazingly well-done; the entire dialogue is pitch-perfect; instantly recognizing Nightwing's unique voice. Watters' work even creates this amazingly clever, yet completely fitting approach: The escalating violence brings out that strategy; using it for those new confrontations involving gang wars that makes total sense for those events occurring within Blüdhaven. His method – inspired by Red Hood (another awesome character). He does his older brother's plan, albeit with non-lethal force! That brilliant choice enhances how special Nightwing’s approach really is and instantly shows a bold direction for this character and a compelling narrative development.
