My Hero Academia: New One-Shot Reveals 'You're Next' Movie Details!

The beloved anime series My Hero Academia ended its manga run in August, leaving fans wanting more! But don't worry, the creator, Kohei Horikoshi, isn't done with this epic series. He dropped a new one-shot manga chapter to tide fans over until the new movie comes out!

A New One-Shot Manga

This short manga chapter sets up the upcoming film My Hero Academia: You're Next, hitting theaters on October 11, 2024. The story picks up early in season 7 of the show. Deku is sporting his Dark Hero costume but still hanging with his Class 1-A buddies.

The one-shot is a quick read, only 7 pages long! It's all about the gang stumbling onto Deku's notebook. It's full of his notes about everyone in Class 1-A. Some of his notes were better received than others!

All Might's Reaction

The chapter ends with All Might reflecting on his time as the Symbol of Peace and how it's his students' turn to take the lead! He's got his trusty suitcase, which fans are sure holds a super important item. All Might's big reveal for what's inside will happen in the season 7 finale on Saturday.

The one-shot is available now through the Viz's Shonen Jump app and fans of the franchise should be ready as the finale to the saga will include one of the greatest storylines that looks to take things even further!
