He's transported to another realm, where he faces Razor Fist possessed by the evil Ch’i-Lin.

Danny Rand, after defeating Shou-Lao the Undying in K'un-Lun, inherits the Iron Fist power. The Iron Fist tradition dates back centuries with each Iron Fist succeeding the last and being targeted by the evil Ch’i-Lin. However, past Iron Fists had learnt to avoid this monster.

Iron Fist’s powers are ultimately insufficient against this ancient and powerful being, a demon with centuries of experience.
