The Death of the Guardians

Omni-Man and his incredible abilities! A figure everyone respected. Then came the series' big twist! Omni-Man becomes a super scary villain. He was known as a good guy.

That all changed, as Omni-Man had a plan to decimate a group of heroes that are quite well known and stand out!
That "wannabe Justice League", known as the "Guardians of the Globe!" they are defeated in an instant. These amazing superheroes were just wiped out by Omni-Man's super-strength!

This epic scene brings a feeling that those who see it, may not expect from these comic books, giving readers an instant dose of how wild these worlds truly can be! It also gives the sense that this story is really about "what if". What if that main hero is a true menace! These deaths, from what we can gather. Changed a whole bunch of things!

The Death of Cecil

A leader, a strong character, who made an appearance was Robot and Robot is the super villain that's ready to take down everyone.

For a little bit he worked for the Teen Team as well as the Guardians of the Globe.

He did make an important choice though, when he wanted to become the hero for a world. He believed there was no room for bad people.
Cecil, is someone that was viewed as a friend for so long.

In an incredibly violent and brutal scene "Robot" gets rid of Cecil, who he considers his friend, and one who had believed he could create a better world.

One of the things that sets this comic book series apart! What's super terrifying and sad about this event is how brutal and gruesome this ending is for one of the characters fans will really appreciate.

What else made this series stand out! You might feel for these heroes but also experience a little bit of shock!

Bulletproof goes through an unbelievable tragedy when he's forced to deal with his family. Bulletproof (or Zandale Randolph as he is known to those around him). Was not as bright as his brother, making it a challenge for those around him to see just how impressive his abilities are!
It's as if everything Bulletproof tries to achieve. His parents constantly undermine his strengths. His twin had powers to shape a great future that was tragically lost. Bulletproof's grief takes on a life of its own after his brother passed away but as the comic series goes on, there's still the idea of the struggle of how much you can endure! That feeling is brought back when his mother criticizes Bulletproof.
His girlfriend, Carla, takes a bold step to attack Bulletproof's mother. However, he doesn't think, and reacts to the violence, ending the life of his father, before tossing his parents off of a cliff!.
Cannibal Invincible, is the same as "Invincible" with some very odd changes! He is left stranded with a version of himself and multiple other Invincible clones trying to escape this terrifying dimension. It seems there's a sense that they need food and can only eat one another.

A real shock to read, you might get caught up in it as you try to find a better and more hopeful reality, for one of these characters!

The Dark Sides Of Heroism

You might get sucked into all the craziness but there's a sense of reality in these superhero universes, that's hard not to be captured by and as these amazing heroes try to be a great force for the universe.

If there's anything that this series really showcases is the fact that we have to make choices. Dinosaurus was a powerful hero. However, when Dinosaurus made decisions about the kind of future he believed in, that seemed like it was going too far, leaving his fate up to "Invincible," who was left with a horrifying but critical choice.

One of those key figures was "Thragg,", who wanted revenge! Thragg takes on the role of the "Viltrum Empire" that had Omni-Man, as the figure that was going to lead the entire Empire! He was sent away after his actions. One of the reasons was Omni-Man wanted a secret! In this comic book world, there's always something really shocking and Thragg, felt betrayed! So he created a team of super powered heroes but a unique twist - his children. What was even more chilling was that he saw these "children" as his own personal army!

A crazy character, to watch! As the battle for domination raged. The shocking element was revealed "Thragg" asked his offspring to become soldiers and commit a terrifying act - sacrificing themselves. They crashed into "Omni-Man, and Invincible", leaving a mess. There was more blood in this act that could even leave you terrified!

A Heartbreaking Loss

There's no way you can go without mentioning how much power "Thragg has! In this incredible fight for the greatest hero! In a quest to defend his home, Invincible's brother and daughter are under threat, and what was most incredible was he tried his hardest to beat back this terrifying foe! It did lead to a truly horrifying ending, with an impressive demonstration of power from "Thragg" and Invincible nearly dead but that's not where it ends. "Eve" (an incredibly awesome character), with some great healing powers, saved all the heroes, after all.

But that doesn't mean we don't mention the moments of fear!

"Rex Splode"- one of those amazing heroes that was a member of the Teen Team.
Rex takes on a brutal task by giving King Lizard an amazing distraction while his team escapes, after which they escape from King Lizard and some awful space battles! However, "Rex" doesn't die thanks to his incredible powers, so there is a hopeful ending!
"Atom Eve" in one of her greatest roles. The amazing, well loved hero was at risk! Eve, as we saw is really capable of anything! She could have lost her life in this series. But it seems, that with this unique form of regeneration and an impressive force that helps her heal. Thragg's assault was an event where "Atom Eve" had a very bad moment, but a chance to overcome that and become stronger!

An Epic Battle

What was arguably one of the best and most gruesome battle scenes ever!

A battle of the giants and the chosen ones!
"Invincible" faced the ultimate adversary, "Conquest." They took each other out with their powerful and devastating attacks, but this one of a kind hero survived! In a final moment, the awesome power of "Atom Eve" makes sure that the villain loses once and for all, which is truly a testament to their great partnership!

"Invincible gives fans a world filled with shockingly incredible heroes! There's even more power and drama that's unfolding in the pages of these comic books, if you haven't had a chance to see the series.
