DC Multiverse: 'Absolute Power' Changes Everything!

Things just got way more complicated in the DC Universe, particularly those who love the concept of multiverses, or even a simple exploration of an iconic universe! With the series "Absolute Power," this event has changed the very fabric of DC!

An Epic Conflict:

The DC Universe has always had villains! We are about to learn about a few who took the most villainous moves in the universe.

The villain that took center stage, Amanda Waller was in charge of a power grab, using force to bring in heroes! It also looks like this villain was trying to destroy these icons.
The heroes made a comeback, to restore the world!

Fans were left wondering if this could be possible.

You know, when Waller took their abilities, things were not good!

She targeted each Earth. That was truly devastating and created a sense of hope as heroes looked to prevent an epic collapse. This included even those from Earth's in the DC multiverse, so we could all lose everything.
It appeared she wanted to take everyone's abilities, creating chaos in the process! A whole army of heroes even stepped into this big event but could have changed everything!

Flash's Big Moment

The hero that stepped into a dangerous task that changed the universe as it currently stands is The Flash! The speedster hero had to figure out a way to make the most intense decision of his career.

There's Waller's goal. To take down DC from a global perspective!
Waller made her stand as a terrifying, super villain that took on a great multiversal villain who, sadly, helped her to succeed.
The series "Absolute Power" featured Waller's power grab. She recruited several villains.

The Flash was challenged by some incredibly strong and well-respected villains, and "Waller's", the force that is shaping the whole DC universe! Fans were hoping for the best! With the use of his speed powers, it appears The Flash managed to break a rule!

Changing The DC Universe:

It may sound odd, or really unexpected for some viewers, to make such a big change to a franchise that's become iconic and legendary over a century!

The first move in this major alteration in the DCU!

You may not have realized how major the DC multiverse was.
In its history, DC fans have experienced just how vast it could get!
"The Flash made the ultimate sacrifice, cutting off DC's core "Earth", from its whole multiverse.
A major effort that stopped "Waller. She used villains that are the dark, darker sides of heroes, but the real hero in this instance is The Flash.
He cut off all communication to those different Earths forever!

The Future Of The DC Universe

After "Absolute Power" came to a conclusion, something amazing happened, as if it were going to continue to get more complex!

A new series of books was released - "DC All In Special #1.", showing a special move by Darkseid. One of the big bosses who was looking to conquer the universe, got taken out.
There's a universe that wasn't around called "Elseworld" and it ended up getting hit by some destructive energy! This energy created something new, and changed the universe forever!

It's safe to say Darkseid might just show up as something else.

As we have learned from previous updates to the DC Comics. There is a sense of what fans really love and why! It's really going to give fans more than they ever thought the universe had to offer. That means for those who love to get into the multiverses that have existed for decades, we will only see a portion of that universe as the future has a small, yet mighty change that will shape it for some time.

Darkseid has now gained the ultimate form.

A New Era For DC:

Fans have been given so much through these various comics, however! While it might look like a dramatic change to these "alternate worlds," a small detail shows there is still so much to explore.

A small aspect is what makes DC's universe so engaging as the writers have to think about the different realities. "Prime Earth" will be more impacted by the change!

With all this happening there's not one, but two universes to see now.

That would be the iconic, classic "Prime Earth.
But also "Absolute", which Darkseid is responsible for.

With "Darkseid" getting back at heroes! What it means for the entire universe, may not have even been noticed until they find a new, even larger crisis! The stories will continue to be exciting as we head towards this new change. It appears that fans will just have to wait and see. However, this new direction with Darkseid's power, and a new era for the DC Universe makes things more dramatic.

As much as this might seem to be the biggest blow! We know these heroes can overcome! There's just a ton of drama in store for us.
