She made a chilling entrance back then and even appeared in this latest issue. This also brought Cassandra Nova more attention because she made a special, creepy appearance. That also helped get this awesome villain in front of a whole new audience. This issue takes place in X-Men #5. There is more! Fans get to see "Psylocke" and "Quentin Quire" come to grips with a powerful mind, the one from "Nova!"

She made a big return and also became one of the most important figures, an elite member of 3K, a powerful organization with mutant supporters. But there are a few other events.

Marauders had a powerful ending. For many fans, it was the best and most shocking of Nova's storylines! Nova experienced a profound moment as she was tricked into being trapped in a place no one could get to! A powerful villain was sent two billion years into the past, stuck! Nova is trapped! It's something to ponder! This seemed to create the end of a pretty iconic villain. The horror fans felt from Nova could really be done!

The Horrors Of Cassandra Nova:

You may have missed it but "Nova" was one of the villains with a story everyone remembered and was filled with a disturbing, horrifying character with real, deep-seated rage and spite.

Her initial appearance is something that "Nova's" creator Grant Morrison, a master of the comic world, brought to life as one of the best villains to show up. He also gave Nova a horrifying persona!

Nova also did some scary and violent things.

She caused an enormous massacre to happen to 16 million mutants on Genosha, in a horrific incident, a devastating, horrific event, during her reign of terror!
Nova, was just an awesome villain, doing a lot more to make the X-Men's life more complicated! After causing some major havoc, she takes over Xavier's body in order to devastate this super team. Even better is her threat of destroying the Shi'ar Empire because of a deep seeded anger for her twin.

Cassandra Nova A New Story, With Redemption

This talented writer has truly set a precedent! What makes "Nova" such a popular character is the hope of seeing her story continue in a more redeeming way, however, this might be one of those things where everyone misses out on what could be. Even though there were chances for "Nova" to do some good in "Marvel", they always came up short and have this pattern of bringing her back, especially to get those horror moments going! It makes it a little tough to get invested when those amazing villains who should just be a moment in time.

The events in "X-Men Red" saw her get a possible chance for redemption with some powerful nanites but they didn't work and she turned bad. That's one part but when "Marauders came out the end seemed like it would be over forever as she was put away for eternity!

An Unexpected Return

That was just so much and she wasn't even on the screen. But, the big "Nova" villain was still lurking and found a new story!

In "X-Men 2024, #1, she showed up. Now in her place is one of the most shocking organizations: "3K.". A mutant group that hopes to control mutant genes by getting into the world of humans. To make matters worse, she had one of those powerful abilities! That is the "Black Bug Room."

For anyone who knows, you've been there before.

It may be shocking, a truly iconic moment. To have that moment reappear means that there's less impact.

Many fans feel this was a truly bad choice as it diminishes the feeling that was given by a really exciting series: "Marauders".

Those that like this series may love Nova but what has happened now with her reappearance has truly made many fans unhappy. The next few years could bring in even more interesting stories about this villain.

Nova's, role looks to change! Her recent character development is a really surprising move! And her appearance in a new "pro-mutant" role, one of her motivations for revenge may have some new facets.

The character may just go down in Marvel Comic's history. There was this truly unique story back in the beginning, and that's what makes "Cassandra Nova" such a special villain.

It really looked as if she would go down in comic history, as the one they were hoping to put away, to prevent the havoc she might continue! But her return and the chance for the fans to learn more about her history just might bring even more tension, drama, and exciting twists!
