Fans of Yu-Gi-Oh! are always pumped about a great battle and that includes using their favorite monsters. And no card is quite as special as Air Neos from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX!
id="an-iconic-card-that-disappeared"> An Iconic Card That DisappearedIn Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, it all goes back to a key figure, Jaden Yuki, one of the main players in this story. He has a great deal of power! You see, Air Neos is a key component in making him super powerful and is among the greatest Yu-Gi-Oh! monsters for his deck!
Jaden, being the mastermind that he is, makes it clear just what his Fusion Summoning skills really are. What was cool about Jaden's style is that "Neo Spacians" really stood out in terms of his powerful fusion spells and they gave him a truly unique method for merging his monsters.
For the biggest fans, the Air Neos character might have gone missing, even when the show released its incredible run, this is one character that is rarely used.
Jaden Yuki and his love for his cards is clear but Air Neos is considered one of "Neo Spacian Air Hummingbird's" closest allies and what makes them such an interesting combo! These incredible monsters can make some amazing, super powerful moves. For example, if the player has less "Life Points" than their rival, then the Fused Warrior will have some great attacks and powers!
You might think that the series has these monsters everywhere, especially considering it was introduced way back in a card pack called "Strike of Neos!"! It did show up, once more. In 2011, it was reprinted as an original card!
Here is where things really get weird!
The Air Neos monster seems to have a mystery behind it!
While there are still many questions!
There are plenty of things that fans want answered as to why Air Neos is gone!
Konami hasn't shared much, but what the internet has created are all kinds of fascinating theories.
A super popular theory but some fans seem to think that there is a higher likelihood it won't create any issue.
But what could be going on then?
The last major idea to make the rounds.
Air Neos design was "copied" or "traced" from some artwork in another card game, that makes it somewhat dangerous! You see, this could create legal trouble with copyrights! What is odd? Konami used a design that might have had the possibility of copyright infringement in a card that went way back to an early edition!
You might want to dive deep into "Yu-Gi-Oh!" history! A few other cards, Mad Lobster, for those that might have collected these cards, this card came out years ago but got discontinued because the artist of the card didn't "own" it and there was a huge, copyright controversy!
For now, it's truly one of the biggest Yu-Gi-Oh! mysteries!
There's a strong fan following for "Air Neos!" And maybe just maybe! The monster will reappear on Konami's screens in another iteration of the game! This monster could certainly become the next sensation! The game's developers could find a way to make its triumphant return as part of an epic expansion or a cool event. Even better, it's so strange for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Universe. For it's iconic monster to be totally absent!
As "Yu-Gi-Oh! is still gaining traction around the world and remains one of the top card games for players. It's possible this disappearance, might mean more than what's happening on the surface and may bring more exciting adventures down the road! The possibilities really are endless for those who love to play "Yu-Gi-Oh!.".
