Sabito is someone. Underrated Hero of Demon Slayer Expained.

Sabito's death destroyed Giyu and made him isolated.

Since most Demon Slayer fans thought it was the last Sabito would see, it was a huge surprise to see the hero once again in season four, included in Giyu's flashbacks. In getting ready for their Final Selection, Urokodaki coached Giyu with Sabito. The two developed a very positive and mutually beneficial friendship throughout the process, hence Sabito's death is a really earth-shattering loss for Giyu that he cannot appear to be moving on from today. Giyu never forgiven himself even though he later became a Demon Slayer and even a Hashira following Sabito's death.

After stressing that Sabito would have wanted him to keep on fighting, Tanjiro finally persuaded Giyu to open up—that he should not wallow in pity and misery. Not unfamiliar with loss personally, Tanjiro also observed his tutor, Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, die for his cause and watched helplessly as everyone in his family but Nezuko, cursed to become a demon was killed. Giving them some unexpected common ground, Tanjiro and Giyu both feel regret and wish they could have done more to save their loved ones.

Sabito: Who is he Most Mysterious Hero Explained in Demon Slayer

The fourth anime season of Demon Slayer gets off to an amazing beginning, with Hashira Training Arc. In this arc, the strong and revered Hashira are teaching the younger Demon Slayers in readiness for an attack from the most horrible demon of them, Lord Muzan. Nezuko has lately taken over the sun, so there is sadly a target on her back and Muzan is sure to attack at any point, hence this training is even more important.

The second Hashira Training episode looked into the background of the Water Hashira, Giyu Tomioka. Little was known about Giyu's background and path to become a Demon Slayer; as the most reclusive and solitary Hashira, At first he declined to take part in the Hashira Training, but after much encouragement from Tanjiro he finally agreed to share his austere but inspiring advice with the younger demon slayers.

Sabito has long-lasting and notable positive effects on Giyu and Tanjiro.

Sabito is one of Demon Slayer's most significant heroes, however he only shows for a few little sequences. Giyu was saved by his unassuming sacrifice, and his words of encouragement helped him grow to be the strong Water Hashira that he is now. Though the demon had ended the lives of thirteen people already, Sabito also helped Tanjiro in a dire circumstance provide the young Demon Slayer the means to go against the terrible Hand Demon and succeed. Tanjiro and Giyu would have died years ago without Sabito's efforts and bravery, never having the chance to rank among some of Demon Slayer's finest fighters.

Many ways help Giyu Keeps Sabito's legacy live.

Seeming to have a fresh, somewhat more hopeful attitude and vowing to keep Sabito's legacy alive by passing on his wisdom to newer generations, Giyu turned herself in to the younger Demon Slayer's pleas and entered the Hashira Training. Seeing how profoundly Sabito touched both of these seasoned Demon Slayers—proofing his influence even after his tragic death—was very encouraging. Seeing Sabito in his prime as an older Demon Slayer or even maybe a Hashira would have been amazing as, even in his early years, he was already confirmed to be the second-strongest student Urokodashi has ever trained.

Giyu carries in many respects the legacy of his companion. Every day he dons a kimono honoring his comrade Sabito and sister Tsutako, who both sadly died at the hands of demons. To honor these dear people in his life who lost their lives to serve mankind and aid to preserve him, one half is red and the other half is green and yellow. Using the same technique Sabito used, Water Breathing—one of the strongest breathing forms—showing another fascinating and significant connection between the two fellow Demon Slayers.

First seen in Season One, supporting Tanjiro in getting ready for the Final Selection.

First appearing as a spirit in season one at Tanjiro's Final Selection, Sabito shockingly got even more screentime in this most recent season since a major component of Giyu's prior trauma. Given Sabito's life was cut short far too soon by a demon, his origin is also somewhat sad. Originally taken in as an orphan, he trained assiduously under Sakonji Urokodashi, who later mentored Tanjiro during his early years. The poor lad never passed his Final Selection, though, and was killed by the Hand Demon; his ghost now wanders Mount Sagiri, the site of his passing, permanently.

Though he was no longer living, Sabito was crucial in enabling Tanjiro to develop the strength to qualify for the Final Selection. Following months of training, Tanjiro cut through the characteristic mask Sabito wears as well as the boulder he had been trying to slice, which signified a turning point in his development as a Demon Slayer and indicated he was finally capable of confronting the Final Selection alone. Tanjiro set Sabito's spirit free when he passed the challenge, laying the Hand Demon to rest in the process, therefore releasing himself from eternally bound to Mount Sagiri and enabling serenity.
