Sadly, fans need to be a little patient for Naruto Release Date, as there has not been any official statement or update yet, but there is some hope! In an initial announcement, fans anticipated the new episodes would begin on September 3, 2023. However, a sudden postponement occurred. Recently though, information from TV Tokyo financial reports hints at an upcoming release possibly later in 2024 or even in the early part of 2025. So there's reason to stay hopeful for an amazing Naruto Anime return.
It has been a long time since fans last saw Naruto new episodes of Naruto Shippuden anime! The new story arc has yet to be revealed. However, with a re-broadcast of the first season happening throughout the summer, fans can likely anticipate that the new episodes could tell an unseen part of the popular anime. Maybe even more Naruto story that bridges the gap between the end of the Naruto Shippuden anime and Boruto anime. The official announcement also alluded to the release focusing on critical moments in Naruto, before Naruto became Hokage. There are so many important scenes, Naruto mom and dad and a host of incredible events that have yet to be explored on the screen!
While fans of Naruto are thrilled about the return, the new Naruto episodes are not part of the sequel Boruto. This makes the new releases all the more special!
Fans will be delighted to hear Studio Pierrot, a studio renowned for the Naruto anime series is producing the new episodes! It will be interesting to see how Studio Pierrot brings this anime back to life.
The recent delay is likely due to several factors! Studio Pierrot has a very busy schedule right now! You can easily find articles highlighting the fact that Studio Pierrot is in charge of other amazing animated projects like "Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War part 3" or "Karasu wa Aruji o Erabanai" or "Kingdom season 5"! This makes it harder to produce everything on schedule. They also took on work for McDonalds' anime promotions, adding to an already demanding schedule! But it is clear that, given the high-quality productions they have released recently, the studio has taken on a heavy workload to improve their projects, and the quality of "Naruto Shippuden" will make these new releases better.
You can keep a close watch on news and social media to hear about the next steps! Check for the Naruto official website or social media to hear about future releases.
