This godlike power, first introduced in chapter #80, allows its user to make desires a reality, but it does so by creating a seemingly inescapable illusion that bends the minds of its victims.

Even when someone sees through the illusion, the Omnipotence is shown to work, influencing the very minds and reasoning of those who know better, and shows the almost insurmountable power.

Otsutsuki clan members like Boruto, Momoshiki, and Kawaki.
There are others too that do not fall under this special jutsu's powers such as Sarada and Sumire.
